Eligibility for Returns
Due to the perishable nature of dates and dry fruits, we accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or leaked during transit
- Wrong product delivered (different item than ordered)
- Product is spoiled or unfit for consumption upon delivery
- Significant quality issue compared to what was advertised
Non-Returnable Items
- Products opened and consumed (unless quality issue is reported)
- Orders where damage is reported after 24 hours of delivery
- Products stored improperly after delivery
How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via phone or WhatsApp
- Share your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days
- If approved, we will arrange pickup or provide a replacement/refund as applicable
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For prepaid online orders, refunds are credited to the same account used for payment.
Replacements
In many cases, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability. Replacements are delivered at no extra cost for eligible Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar orders.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
